Roger Wells, in his book and his teaching, opens up the meditation process to reveal it as a set of practical mind/body skills that can be used in everyday life. With a teaching method that demystifies and entertains, Roger makes meditation easy to understand and accessible to all.

As a writer, meditation teacher and counsellor trained in Vipassana meditation, Roger has developed a very clear understanding of meditation and how it functions in the mind and body.

Roger trains groups of all sizes, as well as one to one personal sessions. His book "Happy to Burn", the course manual, is available to all who attend for a 30% discount.
