PILATES AND DANCE-INFUSED PILATES

Mindy Thiesen's pilates session focuses on the importance of correct postural alignment and core strength. Pilates is a physical and mental conditioning workout, designed to improve strength, flexbility and balance. The session will quieten and clear the mind through focus on breath, body and movement.

Mindy is a fully qualified group exercise teacher, personal fitness trainer and pilates teacher.

Mindy is also able to provide one-to-one personal training.  Please contact us for more details.

Imogene Turner's dance-infused pilates is an energetic and enjoyable workout with a difference. Combining her knowledge of human physiology and movement principles, Imogene takes particpants through a series of exercises with a focus on building coordination and strength. 

Immogene is a certified Pilates teacher and has a Certificate III in Dance. She is also qualifed at levels 1-4 in teaching (Dance Factory Teaching Academy).
