Judy Crowe introduces you to the relaxing movements of this ancient eastern philosophy, designed to promote balance and healthy body and mind. Tai chi is a flowing and focused series of gentle stretching movements which are practiced with the five essential principles of relaxation, concentration, meditation, harmony and abdominal breathing.

Suitable for everyone. Please inform instructor of any existing injuries, illness or pain.
