DYNAMIC YOGA
 

 
 

Jennifer Blair's yoga session is a set of circular and spiral movements designed to remove tension and improve flexibility. These movements contain Warrior and Sun forms and this combination brings a dance-like quality to this energising, upright and flowing sequence of yoga practice. 

This class provides an excellent opportunity for your team to get a yoga workout with a difference, and learn a set of exercises to unwind from the stress and anxiety often found in a hectic workplace.  At the end of this class, your team will be energised, relaxed and refreshed.

Suitable for everyone.  Please inform instructor of any existing injuries, illness or pain.

 

   

Venue requirements: 

Preferably carpeted room.
8m x 8m (suits up to 20 participants).
Mats available for hire.
