Blair's yoga session is a set of circular and spiral movements designed
to remove tension and improve flexibility. These movements contain
Warrior and Sun forms and this combination brings a dance-like quality
to this energising, upright and flowing sequence of yoga practice.
This class provides an excellent opportunity for your team to get a
yoga workout with a difference, and learn a set of exercises to unwind
from the stress and anxiety often found in a hectic workplace. At
the end of this class, your team will be energised, relaxed and
refreshed.
