This talk is a combination and "sampler" of three topics: Nutrition, Emotional Health and Tai Chi.
Talks are tailored to organisational needs and can be one, two or all topics.
In the Nutrition section, Judy talks about what to eat and how correct
food choices recharge and revitalize. Equally important is Emotional
Health, the Bach Flower remedies are introduced and discussed with the
emphasis on "a healthy mind ensures a healthy body".
In the Tai Chi section, Judy teaches a program called "Tai Chi @ Work".
This set of exercises provide a simple, yet effective and practical way
to reduce and manage stress as well as improve mental and physical
health.

Health Talks session was excellent, very interesting and a bit
different, and provided a really good balance between work and worklife
