Joanne commenced Yoga and Meditation
in 1975 as a student of Margrit Segesman, the Founder and Principal of the Gita
School of Yoga.

Under Margrit's disciplined tutelage,
Joanne qualified to teach in 1979 and
taught at the Gita School until 1984. 

As a member of our Corporate Chillout team Joanne teaches Meditation and Yoga in the workplace and at conference centres.

Joanne also conducts regular meditation and
yoga classes
at her Shraddha Yoga Centre.

The long-term benefits of meditation and relaxation promote and enable calmness and stability when faced with life's challenges. 

As an experienced Meditation and Yoga Teacher, Joanne's teaching style makes meditation easy to understand and enjoyable for all.

with positive attitude, life is limitless in its possibilties - life is exciting and can be a continuous adventure.

The session includes an introduction to meditation, seated meditation, discussion and summary.
