Laughing Chi and Laughing Yoga in the workplace.

Laughing Chi combines gentle stretches and breathing exercises of Chi Kung (Tai Chi) with laughter.

Laughing Yoga combines stretching and breathing exercises of Yoga with laughter.

Chi Kung and Yoga are natural therapies for the wellbeing of mind and body and the pleasure experienced with deep laughter lifts the mood, creates great team synergy and is fun! 

Laughing is one of the most wonderful coping mechanisms. 

A good belly laugh is a great workout and lots of "feel good" endorphins are released into the bloodstream. 

These laughter sessions aim to rekindle the ability to laugh, and ignite joy through this natural expression.
