Lindy Cook

Lindy is a qualified Naturopath and member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).

Lindy lives and breathes health and wellbeing whilst maintaining worklife balance with a busy health clinic, regular speaking engagements and home and family.

Lindy's talks are always informative and entertaining as she reveals her formula for a healthy life. With her natural enthusiasm and vitality she encourages others to do likewise.

Lindy Cook speaks to corporate and community groups on relevant health and lifestyle topics to create, foster and improve worklife balance.

Individual/private reports were later provided to all participants with a group talk as part of our wellbeing session at our work conference.

TALKS AND WORKSHOPS

These talks/workshops cover the essentials to optimising health and wellbeing and attaining balance in life. There are a number of topics to choose from, your team could have a weekly talk with a different subject each week, or a one-off talk which concentrates on areas of particular relevance to your team and workplace. 

Health testing. VLA testing measures biomarkers of health, including muscle, fat, energy production and fluid levels. And, everyone's favourite, biological age.

The slump. At mid afternoon when energy levels dip, so does the brain. Learn how to prevent this and stay focussed and energised for work and play.

Fault free weight loss. A program to get off the flab and start feeling fab. Lindy has many years experience to share, enlighten and encourage.
