we believe that people perform their best at work when their lives are
balanced and fulfilling. We specialise in offering group programs that enhance the health and wellbeing of your staff,
whilst promoting a united spirit within your organisation. Our training
programs are designed to lower stress levels and encourage work life
balance, which will ultimately reduce absenteeism and increase productivity.

How it works
The wellbeing programs are generally one hour in duration. They can be taken as a one-off or
run as a six or eight week series at your business premises. These programs
include corporate meditation, yoga, pilates, massage, tai chi and latin
dance. They are
also a popular inclusion in a conference or professional development day.
