In
this session Judith Crowe, Director of Corporate
Chillout, opens up
conversation on the meaning of happiness,
joy, contentment and laughter.
Laughing
Chi is a combination of (Tai Chi) Chi Kung movements
and laughter exercises.
The
slow movements of Chi Kung are calming, balancing, relaxing
and flowing.
The
laughing exercises are stimulating, opening, awakening and releasing.
The
relaxation, peace and calm achieved from Chi Kung has a flow-on effect
which stimulates and encourages joy and delight in simply laughing for
laughter's sake.
This
Laughing Chi session aims to
rekindle the
ability to laugh, and ignite joy through this natural
expression.
"Thank
you so much for the laughing chi session you held for us at Mambourin
Gardens. It was a perfect start to the day and all the feedback I have
received from staff has been positive. You were truly fantastic and we
would have no hesitation in using your services again." Kelly
Whitford, Noah's Ark West. December 2009.
