*Tai Chi @ Work – the secret to managing stress

Tai Chi @ Work offers a simple, yet effective and practical way to reduce and manage stress. Tai Chi has been shown to improve mental and physical health. A healthier person is also happier and more productive.

In this program you will learn how the wisdom of ancient Tai Chi principles can apply in today’s workplace.

The Tai Chi @ Work program can be practiced in 5 mins or longer depending on your time. You can do the movements at your workstation or in a group, seated or standing. A practice DVD is available for purchase individually or a group intranet licence is available. Simply tune in and follow the moves - just 5 minutes will refresh and revitalise!
