Nutrition, Relaxation, Meditation and Qigong Coaching – Eating well and keeping up with a consistent exercise program is always more difficult when you have to do it alone. Working with a Health and Wellness Coach will keep you committed to your goals of establishing better eating habits and maintaining a regular exercise program, resulting in obtaining your optimum weight and health.
As a client of our corporate coaching program, you will:
• set and accomplish goals in a way that is empowering and exciting
• learn about new foods and how you can easily incorporate them into your diet
• learn a moving meditation practice: a 20 minute, 18 exercises, qigong (chi kung) set of gentle stretching movements
• learn relaxation and meditation techniques
