Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooling time: 4 hours in fridge (minimum)
Topping time: 5 minutes (serve with toppings like goji berries, chopped nuts, mixed berries)
Yields: 2 serves
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup almond or coconut milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
3 tbsp raw cacao
Pinch Himalayan salt
1 tbsp of maple syrup or brown rice syrup
Optional - organic dark chocolate shavings to serve
Directions:
Serve in the 4 small jars, or put scoops in small glasses or bowls.
Decorate with toppings like goji berries, chopped nuts, coconut and mixed berries for extra deliciousness.
* this pudding is very rich, so just a small serving is perfect.

- Place all ingredients in a large jar with a lid and stir well. Or place in four small jars with a lid and stir well.
- Put lid on jar and pop it in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours until the mixture is thick and creamy.
