Green Zing Smoothie
A healthy, delicious Green Smoothie to invigorate the senses.
Choose organic ingredients whenever possible
- 4-6 leaves cos lettuce
- 1 green apple
- 1 pear
- 1 cm fresh ginger root
- 2 cups water
- Chop lettuce, apple and pear into small pieces, remove stems and seeds, but leave skin on.
- Remove outside skin of ginger root and chop finely
- Add all ingredients into a blender
- Blend until smooth, depending upon your blender 30-60 seconds
- Adjust water amounts for required consistency, and ginger for taste
