Happy Foods Session, Doncaster Library
The session run on Gut Health by Lindy Cook was very well received by our community. Lindy gave an excellent talk on the subject, pitching it at just the right level. Lindy has a huge amount of knowledge on the subject that she packages together brilliantly together for the public audience. The library received very positive feedback from the audience members who felt more confidant they could make constructive changes in their lives to improve their health.
Lindy is a great speaker and so generous with her time after the talk. The power slides are also excellent.

The Health Talks session was excellent, very interesting and a bit different, and provided a really good balance between work and worklife balance for our Team Away Days. The nutrition and Tai Chi components were really relevant for coping with our busy and often stressful lives. It was during this excellent presentation that I had a 'light bulb' moment that said I have to change my unhealthy eating habits and I need to meet with Lindy one on one to help me on my new journey. I truly believe that I was meant to go to the presentation and meet Lindy, to hear how bad sugar addiction is and to face reality that my diet was BAD and that meant I needed to change to make myself a healthier and happier person.
