Yoga Teacher - Kate Cahill

Yoga and Meditation - Kate Cahill 
 
In these uncertain and changing times, I believe it’s vital we create the space to reconnect with ourselves and learn to rebalance our bodies and our minds. 
My goal is to share practical ways to help you feel better at work, to increase your sense of well-being and reduce the negative effects of the demands of modern life.
My classes, workshops and webinars are inclusive, and accessible to every body. My approach is light and engaging, with a focus on you finding a sense of ease and learning to incorporate the techniques into your daily life.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 25 years, and became a teacher in 2019. Prior to teaching, I had a 25 year career in a fast paced corporate environment with senior leadership roles in innovation, retail operations, and project management. I understand the demands of corporate life and the challenges of finding time and space for your own health and well-being.
I’m a registered yoga and meditation teacher, with first aid and CPR qualifications and am fully insured.
